  1. yes that is me! and no these pictures are not photo shop!! The two left pictures were taken in September 2010 and I was 94kilos then! I have met Andrew at Fitness First and I hired him as my personal trainer. I was taking 2 to 3 personal training session a week and was working out on my training program that he gave me the other days of the week. 9 months later I had lost 30 kilos which is the picture of me in bikini which this pictures was taken in July 2011 and the picture on the right was then taken in December 2011. Andrew helped me with my nutrition, keeping healthy and onto the right direction to discover of a new me. I went from size 20 trouser down to size 8!! If you too have weight problem, bad nutrition habit not exercising and think no one can help you, then think again and hire Andrew as your personal trainer, he will help you like he did with me. he is an excellent trainer and will keep you motivated forever!

  2. Because of Andrew I have done many things I thought I would never ever be able to do. He pushed me to my best, always. I have achieved my first 1/2 marathon in October 2012 in 2hr40, then did a 8km on the dunes of sand in Fuerteventura, I learn to surf and for the first time I learned to ride a bike and keep my balance which I thought was not possible, thanks do the spinning class 😉
    Without Andy`s help I would probably be way over 100kg by now and would not have experienced all these beautifull things I`ve done. Exercising makes me feel better, always! that is the only thing that keeps on you going and motivated to achieve more, getting new challenge in your life.

  3. “I have had the pleasure of training with Andrew on and off for several years both in personal training and in the triathlon and kettlebell classes he teaches at Tottenham Court Road. 

    His skills and expertise have contributed considerably to the sporting and fitness achievements I have accrued over the last few years. These include several half marathons, a Tough Mudder (Google it!), moving up from the fourth boat to racing competitively for the first boat of my university rowing club, my first ever pull up, squats and deadlifts far more than my bodyweight… Of course he couldn’t do the hard work for me but he always provided the expertise, knowledge, motivation and tools to get me to where I wanted to be. I have him to thank for introducing me to Olympic Lifting and in finding physical (and mental) strength in myself that I never knew I could possess. I push myself hard but he somehow manages to get even more out of me. The confidence gained from my fitness achievements have also impacted other areas of my life positively too.
