Countdown to Men’s physique contest.

With only 2 weeks and 4 days until the stars of tomorrow men’s physique contest, I’m looking forward to it but also quite glad it will be all over soon and I can get back to eating carbs and doing cardio.

I’ve learned a lot already and not the things I expected either. More details to follow but it has convinced me that with triathlon training you really can have your cake and eat it.
